Where would Marsa fit in your plans?
The wider research follows Marsa’s masterplan and future releases. Talay, Aldar’s first villa address here, is the current focus. My private research compares its villas with alternatives across Saadiyat and Hudayriyat.
Location within Marsa will shape the choice. Aldar’s wider masterplan includes hillside villas, waterfront apartments and a marina. Proximity to waterfront activity can mean convenience, but also less privacy. A water view and direct beach access are different benefits.
For Talay, I’ll assess the actual plots, layouts and terms against relevant villas elsewhere in Saadiyat and Hudayriyat, including resale options. The comparison needs to show what the particular property offers for your money.
